Payment Methods
All orders must be paid prior to shipping. There are several payment options when purchasing from us:
- Cheque or Money Order - Payable to Palermo Perfumes Pty Ltd
- Credit Card - Amex, BankCard, Mastercard or Visa. (Processed by PayPal)
Overseas orders
(other than New Zealand) by prior arrangement by email to sales@palermoperfumes.com.au.

GST is included in the prices
Shipping & Freight
All orders are dispatched immediately to avoid delay and to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. Our current method is with Australia Post.
- FREE freight & handeling
- Overseas orders please check with our Export Department for freight charges.
- Insurance is not included.
Return Policy
- We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding postal charges), if returned intact.
- Returns authorised beyond the two week period will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee.
- If an error has been made on your order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment.
Orders cancelled 24 hours from the time of order placement will incur a 20% restocking fee.
